At Home Pickup is a new return option that allows customers to schedule a date for a courier to pick up your return right from your home (Available Monday - Friday 9am - 4pm). After initiating the return, customers will print and pack their items and hand them to the courier or leave them at the door for contactless pickup. The courier will drop off the items with the carrier who ships them to your fulfillment center. A $8.95 pick-up fee will be charged at the time of scheduling. Available in select US cities.

Can I cancel my at-home pickup?
We are unfortunately unable to cancel pickups. However, you can email Narvar_Returns@narvar.com to reschedule pickup for the next day.
What if the courier cannot find my package?
Customer is responsible for ensuring the package is accessible and protected for a courier to pick up. We cannot offer refunds for packages that cannot be found.
What if the courier never arrives for pickup?
Please email Narvar_Returns@narvar.com and Narvar will refund the pickup.
