We move quickly to get your order to you. If you need to change your items, shipping method, delivery address, please call us within one hour of placing your order. (remove mention of phone number in footer because it's not there)
After this 60-minute window, our warehouse begins processing, and orders cannot be changed or canceled.
Restrictions by Payment Method
Standard Payments (Credit Card / PayPal) Within the first hour, you may add/remove items or update your shipping method.
Afterpay & Cash App Within the first hour, items can be canceled, but we cannot add items or change shipping methods due to payment provider security.
Missed the One-Hour Window?
If your order is already processing, we are unable to stop the shipment. However, you can still utilize our Returns and Exchanges Policy once your package arrives:
Returns: Eligible items can be returned to your original payment method. Final sale items are not eligible for return or exchange.
Exchanges: Can be requested once we receive your original item.
