Here’s what you need to know:
- All refunds are made in the original form of payment.
- Items marked as Final Sale are non-refundable.
- You’ll receive a confirmation email once we’ve received your return. Please note, it may take up to 15 business days for your refund to be posted to your original payment method.
- Returns are always FREE for Red Tab™ Members. Become a member now.
- Not a Red Tab™ Member? A $7.50 returns processing fee will be deducted from your refund.

- We now offer refunds by e-gift card for mail-in returns only. If your purchase was made with an e-gift card, your refund will be issued in the form of a new e-gift card. Please allow up to 2-3 business days to receive the refund information for your new e-gift card.
- You can return items from multiple orders in one package. Please include returns packslips for each order in your package. Missing returns packslips may result in refund processing delays.
- If your purchase was made at an authorized retailer (Macys, Kohls, Amazon, etc.), items must be returned at the same retailer.
- Shipping and handling fees, gift cards, and gift wrap charges, donations are nonrefundable.
Returning an in-store purchase?
- In-store Retail or Outlet purchases must be returned in-store (Levi’s®, Levi’s® Outlet). In-store purchases cannot be returned by mail or with Happy Returns.
- In-store returns made without a receipt are eligible for store credit only.
ONLINE RETURNS IN-STORE
Enjoy the flexibility of returning items purchased online at any of our locations within the country of purchase, free of charge. Locate a nearby store, and be sure to bring your order confirmation email or order number handy when making a return.

ONLINE RETURNS BY MAIL
To return your item by mail or to receive a shipping label by email, click on the Start Your Return button below to start the process. Please print and include your returns packslip in your package to prevent refund delays.
- Select the item(s) you want to return and choose one of the following four options:

- GO BOXLESS & PRINTERLESS (WITH FEDEX locations only): You will receive a confirmation email containing a mobile return code. Take the mobile return code to a FedEx store, and they'll print the label and package your return for you.
- GO PRINTERLESS: Keep in mind that you do not need to print your label, but you're responsible for packaging your return securely when using this method. You'll receive a confirmation email containing a mobile return code that you will need to bring to a local FedEx, USPS, or Walgreens store.
- SHIP BY MAIL: Securely wrap your items in their original packaging, or your packaging of choice, to prevent any issues during transit. Attach your shipping label to the outside of your package and make sure the label is clearly visible. Then drop off your return at the nearest FedEx, USPS, or Walgreens locations.
- HOME PICKUP: Place the packing slip inside your package and attach your shipping label to the outside of your package. You can schedule a convenient pick-up date from the comfort of your home (available Monday-Friday between 9 am-4 pm). Please note that a $8.95 pick-up fee will be charged at the time of scheduling. RETURNS WITH HAPPY RETURNS
- For items processed through Happy Returns, refunds are processed on the same day.
- Allow up to 10 business days for the refund to be posted in your original payment method.
- Effective November 8th, 2023, Happy Returns has replaced all FedEx locations with UPS. Please use the Happy Returns Bar locator to find the nearest drop-off location.

- Happy Returns are FREE for Red Tab™ Members. Become a member now.
- Not a Red Tab™ Member? A $7.50 returns processing fee will be deducted from your Happy Returns refund.
- No packaging or return label is needed for Happy Returns.
- Effective November 1, 2023, Happy Returns no longer accepts incorrect item returns. We kindly ask that you cancel your Happy Return and initiate a mail-in return.
- Happy Returns now limits returns to 9 items. If you have 9 or more items, please use the mail-in return to create a second return.
- Returns are not accepted for items above $500. The limitation only applies to each individual item; you can still combine multiple items to exceed this limit.
Simply follow the instructions below to start your Happy Return. Click here to begin.
- Enter your Order Number and Email, then click "Start Your Return."
- Choose the item that you wish to return and indicate the reason for the return.
- Select your preferred refund payment method.
- Submit your return request. An email confirmation will be sent to your inbox for the next steps along with a QR code.
- Bring your item and QR code to any Happy Returns location, and you're good to go.
International Returns?
- International customers who purchase from the U.S. online store are responsible for all return shipping costs.
- Items purchased in a Levi’s® store outside the U.S. or shipped to a foreign address cannot be exchanged in a Levi’s® store in the U.S.
