Online purchases:

Returning items purchased on Levi.com or Levi’s® App is free of charge in-store.
Returns are FREE for Red Tab™ Members. For non-members a $7.50 returns processing fee will be deducted from your refund.
Items marked as Final Sale, along with shipping and handling fees, gift cards, gift wrap charges, and donations, are non-refundable.
All refunds are made in the original form of payment.
Please return each order in its own package with its Narvar label. We can’t process combined returns from multiple orders in one package. For more information, please see the Can I Return Items from Multiple Orders in the Same Package? FAQ.

In-store purchases:

Returning items purchased in-store at our retail or outlet locations (Levi’s®, Levi’s® Outlet) is free of charge. In-store returns are refunded instantly.
Items purchased in-store can be returned for a full refund with a receipt, using the original form of payment. Items must be in their original and unworn condition with original tags attached. Excludes customized products.
In-store returns without a receipt will be issued store credit or exchange equal to the current selling price. Find your nearest store here.

Red Tab™ members can begin your return or replacement by logging in to your account: Sign in to your Red Tab™ account here with your email and password.
- For non-Red Tab members who checked out as a guest: Start your exchange or return by clicking here. Enter your order number and email.
Find your order: Locate your order number by hovering over your name at the top of the page and click "Order History."
Initiate return or exchange: Find your order and click "Exchange or Return".
Choose a return method: Select your preferred return method and follow the instructions.
Mail-in or drop-off returns: Choose the item(s) you wish to return, then select "exchange or replace" or "return". Follow the prompts to complete your return or replacement request.
- Drop-off method: Choose your preferred drop-off method and location.
Choose refund method (for returns): Select credit via gift card or original payment.
Submit request: Click "Submit" to print your shipping label and receive drop-off instructions.

In-store Returns are FREE of Charge and Refunds are Instant

Return In Store

Remember, you have 14 days to return your item(s), or the exchange will be automatically canceled. If your order is canceled, please initiate a new exchange within the specified exchange policy timeframe.
Please print and include your exchange returns packing slip in your package to prevent refund delays. If your package is missing the packing slip, please allow an additional week from the standard 15 days for your refund to be posted to your original payment method.
Your exchange order will ship once your return is dropped off at your nearest carrier location. You will receive an email confirmation once your exchange order has shipped.
Please allow 7-10 business days for your exchange order to be delivered once it has been processed. Exchange shipments will ship to the address on the original order and cannot be modified.
We are not able to support exchanges for a new style or color at this time. Exchanges can only be made for a different size. Please return your item and place a new order or visit a Levi's® store.
Exchange items are not eligible for promotions or gift wrapping.
We are not responsible for the storage, return, or retrieval of any items that do not follow our return guidelines, such as merchandise that is worn, missing tags, altered, or otherwise outside of policy.
Some customers may have trouble starting an exchange. If you don’t see the exchange option, you can return your item for a refund and place a new order in your desired size.

Disclaimer for Late Returns

To ensure a smooth returns experience, it is important to follow the appropriate return process and initiate returns within the 30-day return window. Any items returned after this timeframe—whether through our returns portal or manually—will not be processed or refunded. Additionally, we are not responsible for the storage, return, or retrieval of these items.
Please be aware that items sent back outside of the return window cannot be tracked or located by our team. To avoid any complications, we strongly recommend initiating your return as soon as possible and ensuring that your package is shipped within the appropriate timeframe. This will help prevent delays, missing refunds, or unprocessed returns.

Out-of-Stock Items

We are unable to process exchange orders for out-of-stock items. Instead, please return your item for a full refund or visit a Levi's® store.
If you've already shipped your original item(s) back to us and the item you're exchanging for goes out of stock, your exchange will be canceled, and a refund will be issued to your original form of payment.
If the item you wish to exchange for is out-of-stock and you see the “Notify Me If in Stock” button, you can be notified if that item is restocked.
Here's how:

1. 1. On the product page, select the size that is not available and click on the “Notify Me If in Stock” button.
  2. Enter the email address you wish to be notified from.

If you don't see the "Notify Me If in Stock" button, it means we've sold out of that item and won't be restocking it in the future.

Authorized Retailer Purchases

If your purchase was made at an authorized retailer (e.g., Macy's, Kohl's, Amazon), returns and exchanges must be processed through the same retailer. For more details on authorized retailer returns and exchange policies, please reach out directly to your local store.

International Returns and Exchanges

Items can only be returned and exchanged in the country of purchase. If you made your purchase in the UK, then it must be processed there. We appreciate your understanding of this international exchange limitation. Click here to find a Global Levis® store.
